Investing in post-Brexit Britain with Investartone
Business Prepping for Italian entrepreneurs in London
London, 10th December – As many as thirty Italian businessmen and entrepreneurs took part in the seminar held by Investartone Director Alberto Orru at the Baglioni Hotel, London Kensington, on 2nd December. Theme of the day: the advantages of real estate investment and the unique window of opportunity represented by post-Brexit Britain.
“Despite the scaremongering that preceded the Brexit referendum, Britain, and London, are open for business – says Orru. The seminar was an opportunity to talk about the advantages of investing in London to a group of Italian entrepreneurs, and the reaction was very positive.”
The seminar – part of a three-day event organized by Lugano-based financial expert Paolo Barrai to explore investment opportunities in real estate and cryptocurrencies in post-Brexit Britain – took most part of Friday morning.
After a lively Q&A session, the interested group of participants moved to nearby Chelsea for an on-site visit to one of the properties developed by Investartone and currently on the market.
“Particularly in time of crisis of the Eurozone, this country offers a business-friendly environment, hence the great potential to attract new investors also from Italy – explains Orru.
Following Brexit, the main economic indicators continue to be positive, and all forecasts predict a growing economy in the years to come. This shows that the British economy fundamentals are strong.
Furthermore, fiscal deregulation is likely to be introduced by the government next year, and with a devalued sterling, London is a great place to invest at this time in history.
This is our message to Italian entrepreneurs looking for good investment opportunities.”
Trailing the group of entrepreneurs, a crew from Italian TV network Rai filmed a reportage aired by prime-time program Nemo on Thursday 8th December.
